Prysm asked: I want to take her someplace for the weekend for a mother/daughter trip. We live in HoustonTexas. It needs to be within a 4 hour driving distance. I want to do something fun and unique. She is tired of the beach so I need fresh ideas of what to do and where to go. I was thinking maybe someplace in the Hill Country but am open to anything that sounds fun. Please help!

Chloe asked: I’d like to plan a weekend trip to Big Bear to ski and I’ve never been there before… I’ve never been skiing before either. I’m looking for recommendations for a group of first time skiers – instructions or a fun class and also where to stay. I prefer upscale lodging with either a familiar hotel brand (Marriott, Hilton, etc) or cabin recommendations.

joeworkman1 asked: I go to school in Houghton and am looking for a weekend trip to take the girlfriend on. I have half Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday. Just wondering if anybody had any suggestions as to where we should spend the nights. Were up for camping but a hotel/motel would be good the second night. Also I don’t think I want to go more that 200 miles a day, that way here **** won’t get too sore.

Citrine Dream asked: My hubby and I have our second anniversary in December, and we were planning on taking a short trip to celebrate. We live in California so were thinking about taking a short weekend trip somewhere. Where’s a good spot to visit in December?
We like museums, fine dining and nature. We’re not big on nightlife like clubbing. Doesn’t matter if its NorCal or SoCal.
