Divorce and winter break?

My Ex husband and I got divorced earlier this year and when we filled out the the visitation for him in the winter break spot we did a 50/50. In the normal part of the year he gets them on the weekends. Well he has already had his half of winter break and is calling me and telling me he is picking them up tomarrow for his weekend. I told him no that winter break was shared and he cursed at me and told me he would show up tomarrow with the state troopers. What should I do? Do I have to let the children go with him tomarrow?
For all of you who said to send them, you need to know that I have no problem with the children seeing the father. My problem is my kids want to stay home.
