    Sorry, no experience with this, but I did find the info for him to apply for a visa. see site below.

    Does he have sufficient ties in Jamaica? Make sure he as a good job or in school. If so there is a possibility they will grant him a visa.

    He can go to the British High Commison’s in Kingston website and download the application form or call of visit the Office. It is located on Trafalgar Rd in Kingston.
