Wales, Scotland, England, France, Spain, and Portugal have open borders. You may cross into any of them with your current visa.
You need a visa
depending on your passport country. If you’re from say, Japan or the United States you’ll get a visa on arrival at Calais, France. If you’re from Sri Lanka or any third world African country, you need to get a prior visa from France’s embassy in London.
